Aquarius Institute offers a powerful, life-enriching educational experience. It is designed to provide the knowledge and skills upon which to build a successful, rewarding Medical Career. We offer comprehensive and hands-on allied healthcare training along with job placement assistance in the Chicagoland area.

Enrollment Process

The first step to starting the enrollment process is to book an appointment with our admissions team. This can be done by calling our office and speaking with an admissions advisor. In person or online appointment, an admissions advisor will walk you through our programs and discuss the enrollment process.

Upon enrollment, you should bring the necessary documentation to verify your eligibility to enroll in a selected program. An admission advisor will help you enroll in the program provided that you meet the criteria for eligibility. For select programs, an entrance exam needs to be completed at the school to consider your enrollment.

A student contract must be filled out and signed to acknowledge our enrollment/program policy in order to officially enroll in Aquarius Institute’s programs. By signing the student contract, you agree to all terms listed in The Aquarius Institute’s enrollment/program policy.

After successfully enrolling in the program, the admissions office will give you your course schedule and academic materials.

Location and Amenities

The Aquarius Institute is located at: 1011 E Touhy Ave Suite 335. Our convenient location near the O'hare Airport Complex, makes it easy for students in the Chicagoland area to commute to the school. Our location has easily accessible parking and disability friendly services available.

The location has amenities such as computer labs with program specific software installed, program specific lecture rooms, and tutoring services provided by onsite instructors and teaching instructors. Students are allowed to come to the facility for group and individual study.

Seasonal Start Dates

Aquarius Institute enrollments are open year round, but program start dates occur four times per year. Sessions fill up quickly, so it is best to contact our admissions office as soon as possible to claim your spot for an upcoming session.
